1. Get your quote
Send us an email or simply call us for a price on the models, quantities and colors that you need.
Don’t forget to specify your branding, packaging and accessory requirements.
2. Send us your order
A purchase order or other written confirmation is required for the production process to begin.
The order must stipulate model number, color, quantity, size, price, branding, packaging, accessories and delivery method.
We will also require your invoicing details, including the full company name, physical address, postal address, telephone number and VAT number, if applicable.
3. Submit your artwork
Once your artwork is received, we will make a virtual PDF mockup according to your instructions and show you how your logo would look. Once the mockup is confirmed, we’ll make an actual printed or engraved sample for you to double-check.
4. Send us your payment confirmation
Unless you have agreed terms with us, full payment is due on order and payment confirmation must be received before mass production can begin.
5. Confirm pre-production sample
To speed up the process, we can produce a pre-production sample and send you high-resolution images for you to approve it, for which there is no additional charge. Should you require a live production sample, please allow about 3-5 working days for delivery and a shipping fee. When your artwork is approved and payment confirmation is received, we begin production and the clock starts ticking.
6. Receive your goods
After lead-time 5-25 calendar days (for most promotional products), we can deliver your merchandise anywhere around the world with our advanced shipping network. You are only responsible for VAT/other tax, customs duties and disbursement fees levied on the shipment. We will provide you with the Harmonized Customs Code (HCC, also known as HS code).
